Museum and Restoration Support

The SNF puts its promise of "preserving the past" in action by assisting museums in having a Studebaker and/or improving the Studebakers they have. From providing some resources to buy restoration parts or coordinating with a Studebaker owner wishing to gift or loan their Studebaker to a museum, the SNF works to help Museums put their best foot forward from a Studebaker perspective. This beautiful automobile was donated to the Studebaker National Foundation by the Gordon Bricken Estate. It is on display at the Palm Springs Air Museum, 745 North Gene Autry Trail, Palm Springs, California.







StudebakerMartin1931 Studebaker Commander - Martin Auto Museum, Phoenix, AZ

This stunnng 1931 Studebaker Commander was graciously donated to the SNF by Mr. Sid Rosen. Your Foundation has placed it on permanent loan in the Martin Auto Museum,17641 North Black Canyon Highway, Phoenix, AZ.

Mr. John Dusanic of Millington, IL donated his beautiful 1964 GT Hawk to the Studebaker National Foundation. The Foundation found a fitting home for the car at the Antique Car Museum of Iowa, just off I-80 at exit 442 in Coralville, IA..

The Studebaker National Foundation has provided funding support to the Forney Museum of Transportation, 4303 Brighton Boulevard Denver, Colorado, to assist in maintaining their Studebaker displays.







In addition to placement and display support, your foundation also works with museums to educate them and their patrons about Studebakers. One of the ways to do that is by providing a subscription to the Studebaker Drivers Club's excellent magazine, Turning Wheels.
